The 12 Year Old Singer from Ireland Capturing Hearts Around The World


Allie Sherlock, the 12 year old talented singer from Cork, Ireland is capturing hearts and minds all around the world. You see, Allie is a busker who sings and plays music on the streets of Ireland for money and videos of her performances have gone viral across YouTube and Facebook.

Recently, Allie Sherlock appeared on the Ellen Degeres show, singing Adele's song, "Million Years Ago" to standing ovation and compliments from Ellen. Since then, Irish media has exploded with coverage of Allie being on the Ellen Show, with some referring to her as 'the next Adele'.

There is a story of hard work & practice behind Allie Sherlock's fame.

But, all of Allie Sherlock's talents and the current fame is not an overnight fluke success. There is a story of focus, instruction, practice, and many weekends gone by that Allie and her Dad spend on the streets of Ireland together, entertaining. It started three years ago when Allie's dad, Mark Sherlock, decided to take guitar lessons and bring 9-year old Allie along as something they could do together.

And the story grows from there.
